Bravvo ("Bravvo", "we", "us", or "our") is a social media content platform that helps businesses and creators generate strategy, content calendars, and AI-powered images for Instagram. Our service is accessible at app.bravvosocial.com.

Account information: Email address and password when you sign up.

Business briefing: Information you provide about your business, audience, tone, and goals, used to generate your personalised strategy and content.

Instagram connection: If you connect your Instagram account via OAuth, we store your Instagram username, profile picture, follower count, and a long-lived access token to enable content publishing and analytics sync.

Uploaded photos: Photos you upload for your AI avatar training and monthly content are stored securely.

Generated content: AI-generated strategies, posts, captions, and images created for you are stored in your account.

Usage data: Standard server logs, page views, and feature usage for product improvement.

Payment data: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never store card numbers or billing details.

• To publish posts to Instagram on your behalf (when authorised)
• To sync Instagram analytics and improve future content recommendations
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (content ready notifications, account updates)
• To improve our AI models and platform features

We share data with the following third parties to operate our service:

• Anthropic (Claude AI): Your briefing data is sent to Claude to generate strategy and content. Anthropic's privacy policy applies.
• Meta / Instagram API: Your Instagram access token is used to publish posts and retrieve analytics on your behalf.
• Supabase: Our database and file storage provider. Data is stored on Supabase-managed infrastructure.
• Stripe: Payment processing. We share only what Stripe needs to process your subscription.
• Vercel: Our hosting provider. Standard server infrastructure logs apply.
• Replicate / Fal.ai: Used to train your AI avatar model. Your uploaded photos are processed by these services.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Instagram access tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect your Instagram account from Bravvo.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for Instagram access at any time by disconnecting your account
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

When you connect your Instagram account, Bravvo receives the following permissions:

• instagram_business_basic: Read your profile information
• instagram_business_content_publish: Publish posts on your behalf
• instagram_business_manage_insights: Read your account and post analytics

We only use these permissions to provide the Bravvo service. We do not sell Instagram data to third parties. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting your account in Bravvo Settings → Instagram, or via your Instagram app under Settings → Apps and Websites.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure credential storage, and row-level security on our database. Access tokens are stored encrypted and only accessed when needed to perform actions on your behalf.

Bravvo is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Your continued use of Bravvo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
